About us

The process

01
Gradation Image
Entry
The patients first provide us the existing medical documentation. If there are no reasons to prevent neurorehabilitation, a first examination is performed.
02
Gradation Image
Evaluation
We use standardized internationally-recognized tests for evaluation, and we also perform measurements using robotic devices.
03
Gradation Image
Therapy plan
Realistic rehabilitation goals are formed that reflect the wishes of the patient. A rehabilitation plan is containing the therapeutic methods and the duration of the individual program.
04
Gradation Image
Therapy
Execution of the neurorehabilitation program. Programs are usually intensive with up to 6 hours per day and up to 12 weeks.
05
Gradation Image
Evaluation of progress
Progress is measured and evaluated at predetermined intervals, which depend on health status and diagnosis. Assessment of progress guides us in the further selection of therapeutic methods.

Conclusion
At the end, we prepare and present a final neurorehabilitation report and inform the patient and his or her relatives how they can actively participate in the rehabilitation lifelong process.

Accommodation

Users from distant locations are advised in problem solving of accommodation which can be in a hotel or apartment adapted to persons with disabilities. We can also arrange temporary residence assistance and local transportation.

Our devices

naprava-lokomat

Lokomat

The Lokomat is a medical robotic device that provides a high-intensity and repetitive pattern of physiological walk. Intended for users with various neurological and orthopaedic impairments. The benefits of Lokomat therapy are the improvement of all elements of the gait pattern, speed, endurance, muscular strength, improving balance, regulating muscle tone, reducing spasticity and cardiovascular effects. All benefits from neurorehabilitation using Lokomat can experience adults and children over the age of four.

naprava-armeo-spring

Armeo Spring

Armeo Spring is intended for persons who have lost or have limited function in the upper extremities. The ergonomic and adjustable exoskeleton covers the entire arm, from the shoulder to the fingers. It offers arm support as needed so the user can actively participate in therapy in a personalized manner. It is based on increasing range of motion, improving muscle strength, regulating muscle tone and improving coordination of the upper limb. The benefits of therapy are the greater intensity of using hands in a natural way, whereby the user becomes independent in their daily activities.

naprava-andago

Andago

Andago is versatile tool for overground gait training, bridging the gap between treadmill-based walking and free walking. The unique combination of self directed gait, body weight support, and mobility enables intensive training of various functional mobility and balance tasks. It is an ideal tool to help patients prepare for daily life. The Andago supports training with constant body weight support, allows therapists to utilize any accessories such as steps, ramps, patches of various surfaces, balance boards to improve daily life activites.

naprava-amadeo

Amadeo

The most innovative medical robotic device for fingers and hand in the field of neurorehabilitation. Provides passive, assisted and active therapy. Assistive and interactive therapies for individual fingers and thumbs movements. It is intended for people who have neurological or orthopaedic disorders and can be used by adults and children in all rehabilitation phases.  Amadeo arouses therapeutic ambition with sophisticated robotics and a playful approach, and also visualises the smallest successes in all phases of rehabilitation.

naprava-pablo

Pablo

Sensor-based rehabilitation wireless therapy device for unilateral and bilateral training for the patients with neurological or orthopaedic impairments. Interactive therapies for the whole body (hand, fingers, arms, legs, trunk, head). Can be used with adults and children in all rehabilitation phases. Offers objective assessments, monitoring and reporting system.

naprava-tymo

Tymo

The portable posturography system is the thinnest balance platform in the world. Tymo offers balance tests that give us insight into the flaws of patient condition. The graphical results provide us a clear picture of the area where the balance is most affected. With such quality data, the exercise is targeted at learning postural control, which is the basis of all types of movement.

naprava-vibramove

Vibramoove

Vibramoove technology is brand new technology to the world. It allows the sensory and motor functions to be maintained, even when movement is not possible. As such, it is very useful in the earliest stages of rehabilitation. It increases neuroplasticity and limits the amount of additional damage caused by lack of movement. The goal of this therapy is to prevent “deprogramming of sensory neurons”. It provides movement training, stimulation of neuroplasticity and regulation of muscle tone.
